Unable to perform InfoTrack searches via the Searches tab. A common issue is that the 'SPR' parameter has been inadvertently altered. The solution below provides steps to reinstate searching in this case.
- Go to Toolbar > Parameters Set Parameters
- Search Parameter Type: SPR
- Double click on the InfoTrack Parameter
- Check the Active: indicator checkbox
- Remove the "#" from the Drop Folder Location: and the Processed Files Folder:
- Click OK
