There are multiple causes for this but the suggested troubleshooting process is as follows (run these as separate processes incrementally, hopefully the first will solve it for you!!): - ensure all windows and office updates are applied, then reboot;
- uninstall the LawMaster outlook addin and reinstall it, then reboot;
- disable all 3rd Party Outlook addins (with the exception of the LawMaster Add-in), then reboot;
- disable all Word addins, then reboot;
- make sure you are using 32bit Outlook and Word and only one version of Outlook and Word is installed.
- This is a known issue with Outlook and has also been reported by other 3rd party addins:

- run the repair Office process - refer to https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Repair-an-Office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b?CorrelationId=d83839a0-0b14-4eeb-bbb1-27b024d29d24&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&ocmsassetID=HA010357402, then reboot;
- recreate the Outlook profile, then reboot;
- recreate the Office profile, then reboot;
- reinstall Office.
- recreate the Lawmaster User Data folders with Appdata\Roaming\Lawmaster\<Server>\<Username>
- Most of the time it gets fixed by checking / running the MS Office updates
